This 'book' was made for the Scottish Crannog Centre on Loch Tay and seeks to educate the young or inquisitive about the work of archaeologists who seek to discover what life was like in Iron Age Scotland by diving beneath the 18 natural islands or 'crannogs' on Loch Tay.
The outer shell and the puzzle pages are laser-etched and covered by illustrated and naturally dyed fabrics. The puzzle on top characterises the crannog as a protective, hairy-headed, island; waiting for the archaeologists to discover the secrets beneath it's mass.
